Moorhouse Consulting has successfully secured its position on the Crown Commercial Service’s Technology Services 3 (TS3) framework from May 2021 – September 2025.
The four-year Framework, developed in partnership with the Home Office, Ministry of Defence, and local government and education representatives, provides a range of large project technology services, from strategy through to IT estate operation.

Gaining a place on the TS3 Framework is a testament to this commitment and a great reflection of the Government’s confidence in our ability to support it in developing compelling technology strategies and delivering exceptional outcomes from the application of digital technology. We are genuinely delighted to be selected and look forward to working on some of the UK’s most significant digital and technology challenges.”
Joe McGarry, Partner for Government & Public Services at Moorhouse, added: “Public sector organisations are grappling with a range of organisational challenges, including ongoing cost pressure, increasing citizen demand for digital engagement and services, establishing sustainable hybrid ways of working as we emerge out of lockdown, and adjusting to a post-Brexit reality.
