Helen leads the Change Management offering in Moorhouse, delivering clients’ business change initiatives from design through to implementation and embedding. Helen has supported organisations across the private and public sector with their transformation; both globally and across separate or merging organisations. Helen has a specific interest in people development, supported by over two years’ experience on the Teach First programme.
